Looking towards an industry 4.0 and following the sustainable process implemented over the years, Capardoni has renewed its production by purchasing three new energy-saving hydraulic injection molding machines.
The new machines are equipped with the HES system which allows for perfect management of pressures and deliveries of the fluid, prevents the waste of energy and allows a considerable rationalization of the hydraulic circuit avoids waste and considerably simplifies the hydraulic circuit, and allows energy savings of 30% to 75% compared to a conventional solution.
With the introduction of these new IMMs Capardoni starts a renewal in the perspective of industry 4.0, adopting machines equipped with a system that allows access and modification of machine parameters through tablet or PC and enables the online storage of any data of the machine cycle.
This innovation will allow a better work planning, the control of the Quality and the productivity of the machines, the easiness of use and a considerable energy saving.
