Capardoni Srl and Capsol SpA join together

The two packaging Companies for beauty, perfumery, pharmaceuticals and food begin the journey to create an even more competitive entity on the international market.

MILAN March 2024. The partners of Capardoni Srl and Capsol SpA have signed a contract which provides, over the next few months, for the merger of the two historic Italian companies operating in the packaging sector for beauty, perfumery, pharmaceuticals and perfumers environmental, food and e- liquids. Capardoni Srl – owned by the Meazza Family – and Capsol SpA – owned by the Rombelli Family, through the subsidiary Torrent SpA, and by the Rovelli Family, through UNA Srl – are among the excellences of a rapidly growing sector characterized by constant innovation which takes up the challenges of international competition and sustainability.

In 2023, the two companies recorded a total turnover of 54.5 million euros, of which 60% developed abroad, demonstrating the strong propensity of Capardoni and Capsol to operate on the international market, especially in Europe and in the United States. The forecast for 2024 is for an overall growth in turnover of 10%, which will reach a total of about 60
million euros. The process started will lead to the creation of an even more competitive player, thanks to the integration of the know-how developed in recent years and the solid network of international commercial relationships. The objective is to create increasingly innovative products that respond to the demands of a demanding and advanced market.

The new entity that will bring together Capardoni Srl and Capsol SpA will have three production sites, all based in Lombardy, and four logistics platforms. The human resources of the two companies – 144 people – will all be kept in the workforce of the new company.

The details of the operation have been illustrated during the Cosmoprof Worldwidwe Fair which has been held in Bologna from 21st to 24th March, where, at the booth Capardoni Srl and Capsol SpA were together for the first time, and they presented the first product developed from the new common course of the two Companies: an innovative monomaterial dropper (all in PP).
