Capardoni Group has acquired the 100% of B&B Plastics Moulding Srl, a well-established company in injection moulding field which, since 1991, has been producing closures for glass and plastic bottles for cosmetic and pharmaceutical packaging to fit the European and American standard neck finishes parameters.
With this acquisition, thanks to the deep technical experience of the B&B employees, Capardoni increases its position on the market thanks to new synergies that allow to further enlarge the proposal of full packaging solutions for the cosmetic market.
