Capardoni & C srl has acquired the 100% of Cosmar Service & Pkg Solutions Srl, a company specialized in the distribution of dispenser systems that has been operating in the sector for over 10 years and that in the last few years has had a significant growth in turnover thanks to the exceptional service and quality of the products offered.
This operation will allow Cosmar to be incorporated into Capardoni by the end of 2018.
Cosmar is currently the official distributor for Italy of Majesty, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of aerosol valves, dispensers and spray pumps.
With this acquisition, thanks to the deep technical experience of the founders of Cosmar and the competence of all the current sales and administrative staff, Capardoni further increases its position on the European market, obtaining additional synergies that allow to enlarge the proposal of full packaging solutions for the cosmetic, perfumery and skincare markets.
