Following the principles
of the circular economy, sustainability is a fundamental principle not only for our products, but also for our industrial processes, with the aim of producing more efficiently and respecting the environment.
People
People come first and the well-being of our employees is at the heart of Capardoni philosophy. We offer a quality, safe and respectful working environment
The Code of Conduct defines our values and helps us concretize our commitments in every area of the company
Processes
Everything we make passes through the filter of sustainability. We optimise all our production processes and the results are an additional incentive towards a completely green future.

We have embarked on a path of dematerialisation and digitalisation of all communication activities.

At Capardoni, we comply to the highest standards of quality and sustainability, as attested by UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 certifications. All our objectives are always guided by the values in which we believe, for a more sustainable future, with the utmost respect for regulations.
The Integrated Policy defines and documents the commitment of Capardoni to all the stakeholders to the prompt respect of current regulations and general principles on ethics, integrity, social responsibility, sustainable purchasing to protect the environment, and is one of the tools adopted for the preservation of legality and transparency.

Capardoni has worked with ClimatePartner to calculate several of their company’s carbon footprints: Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCFs).
The CCF is the sum of the CO₂ emissions released by the company within the defined system boundaries over a specified period of time (Full Year 2024).
The calculations were based on the guidelines of the Greenhouse Gas Protocol Corporate Accounting and Reporting Standard (GHG Protocol).

As part of our commitment to society, people and the environment, we complete an in-depth assessment of our corporate sustainability practices every year. As a result of our ongoing commitment, we have been awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal, an international award that assesses corporate sustainability.
The EcoVadis assessment includes 21 sustainability criteria divided into four main themes:

2. Labour and Human Rights
3. Ethics
4. Sustainable Procurement
In our latest assessment, completed in January 2024, we were awarded the Silver Medal and a score of 68/100, which places Capardoni in the top 15% globally.
Towards 2030
SBTi validation SBTi validation
The SBTi initiative, the Science Based Targets Initiative, is a collaboration between CDP, the United Nations Global Compact, the World Resources Institute (WRI), and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). Its goal is to set science-based climate targets as a standard business practice, defining and promoting best practices in setting science-based targets.
We are proud to announce that our emission reduction targets have been validated by SBTi. Our program for 2030 includes:
Reducing absolute scope 1 emissions by 42% by 2030 compared to the base year 2022.
Maintaining zero scope 2 emissions until 2030.
Measuring and reducing scope 3 emissions compared to the base year 2022.
